We appreciate that things may not always go to plan at Rustly. We do everything we can to make sure that even when the customer is unhappy, we resolve a situation as amicably as possible. However, when that cannot happen, we have agreed to abide by any decision made by 3rd party company iGamingUK.

iGamingUK is a leading management consultancy with more than 20 years of experience in dispute resolution and operational practices. They will be given full and unrestricted access to all of the details about your complaint so that they can review our policies, and if they feel we have acted fairly.

Our dispute resolution process has no fee to the customer, however We must be satisfied that you have reasonable grounds to request a review.
