Rust Green Card (Green Keycard)
Where to get a green card in Rust: scientists drop them (RHIB, PT Boat and Military Tunnels scientists about 1 time in 3), they sit on desks at small monuments like Junkyard, Lighthouse and Oxum's Gas Station, and Power Plant's puzzle gives one. Used at 9 monuments: Harbor, Satellite Dish, Sewer Branch, Airfield, Ferry Terminal, Power Plant, Radtown, Water Treatment Plant and Missile Silo.
Where to get it
Green keycards are the easiest to find: they spawn on desks and in crates at the smaller monuments, and scientists drop them. You almost never have to work for one — pick them up as you loot.
Scientists
RHIB, PT Boat and Military Tunnel scientists each have roughly a 1-in-3 chance to drop one; Outbreak scientists, Bandit Camp guards and Outpost scientists are lower-odds backups.
Monument desks
Spawns as static loot on desks at Abandoned Cabins, Abandoned Supermarket, Ferry Terminal, Junkyard, Lighthouse and Oxum's Gas Station — the no-fight route.
Power Plant puzzle
Completing Power Plant's own puzzle rewards a green card.

Can you craft or buy a Green Keycard?expand_more
No — keycards can't be crafted, and the only card sold anywhere is the red one (at Bandit Camp). The way to get a green keycard is to loot one: green cards drop from scientists and spawn on desks at the smaller monuments.
Are Rust keycards single-use?expand_more
No. Each successful swipe wears a keycard by one use, and a green keycard is good for 4 swipes before it's spent. Swiping the wrong colour costs nothing, so a card you've used once can still open another door of its colour.
What keycard comes after the Green Keycard?expand_more
The Blue Keycard. Blue keycards are found inside the room a green card unlocks. Swipe a green card at a monument's green puzzle and there's typically a blue card waiting inside — so you spend a green to earn a blue.
