Cargo Ship docking at harbours with rotating bridge access
Underwater saturation tube access to Oilrig Level 3
Minigun (rare drop, WB2, 1.5s spin-up)
Military Flamethrower with heavy close-range damage and fire walls
Patrol Helicopter randomised attacks, orbital strafing, no-go zones
Power requirements removed from all logic gates

Release date

Waves Of Change released on 4 April 2024. Named Rust updates ship on the first Thursday of the month and land alongside a force wipe, so this is also the day every server's map reset. If you're working out when the next one lands, the wipe timer tracks it.
