Rust Common Ground

Adds an Apartment Complex monument where fresh-spawned players can rent a room at varying price points and amenity levels, giving newcomers an early foothold on a wipe. The complex also hosts rentable player-run shops, and the update introduces a full clan system as a larger-scale alternative to teams.

Softcore changes: 2x gather rate and 6PM-9PM raid windows
Weapon charms attachable to 55+ ranged weapons

Release date

Common Ground released on 2 July 2026. Named Rust updates ship on the first Thursday of the month and land alongside a force wipe, so this is also the day every server's map reset. If you're working out when the next one lands, the wipe timer tracks it.
