Oxum's Gas Station shipped in the same patch as the Supermarket — Devblog 176 announced that "the supermarket and the gas station are finished and will be in today's patch". Both were part of Facepunch's push to fill the roads with small monuments rather than leaving the map's edges empty.
It is one of the smallest stops on the map and it has a recycler, which is the whole reason to pull in: you can break a run's worth of components down on the forecourt instead of carrying them home.
