Abandoned Supermarket
There is no keycard puzzle here. It has a recycler on site — one of the recycler locations across the map.
Abandoned Supermarket is one of 10 monuments you can clear with no keycard and no radiation protection, and it has a recycler on site — so scrap goes in the recycler where you find it rather than riding home in your inventory. The nearest equivalents are Oxum's Gas Station, Mining Outpost, Lighthouse.
Abandoned Supermarket is named in the notes for Power Trip — worth a read if the layout or loot here isn't what you remember.
Overview
The Supermarket is one of Rust's original roadside "smalluments" — Facepunch shipped it and Oxum's Gas Station together in Devblog 176, announcing simply that "the supermarket and the gas station are finished and will be in today's patch."
Most of that devblog is about the dressing rather than the mechanics: the interior was filled with clutter — "rotten food, old bottles and newspapers" — to give it a post-apocalyptic feel, an approach Facepunch then took to other monuments. It explains why the building reads as ransacked rather than abandoned-intact.
