Stables
There is no keycard puzzle here. It has a recycler on site — one of the recycler locations across the map.
Stables is one of 10 monuments you can clear with no keycard and no radiation protection, and it has a recycler on site — so scrap goes in the recycler where you find it rather than riding home in your inventory. The nearest equivalents are Oxum's Gas Station, Abandoned Supermarket, Mining Outpost.
Overview
Stables are safe zones. Facepunch's own Stables Update is unambiguous about it — "Stables are safe zones and hostile action will result in a swift death" — which matters more than it sounds, because a stable sits out on the roads like any other small monument and looks nothing like Outpost or Bandit Camp. Pull a trigger here and the sentries settle it.
There are two of them on a map. The draw is the Stable Master: horse-related items are bought from him, and the update pairs that with the Ranch and Large Barn, where you actually claim a horse. If you want the horse itself rather than the kit, those are the monuments to drive to.
